FINALIZE IS THE BEGINNING

This particular time, you start with the end. Get your final slide deck and go through the content from the perspective of the decision makers you are showing the slides. Ask yoursel: what do they need to see? What do they need to know? And what do they need to do?

DECIDE FOR KPIS

Decide which KPIs need to be shown: financial? satusfaction? revenue? ROI? etc…

Identify the 3 (!!!) most powerful KPIs to support your presentation, outcome and call2action. Make sure that you do not show more than 3 to reduce the risk of discussion and own decisions. The more you show, the higher the risk of a missing commitment or decision.
