The technique is used by professional all over the world in all kind of industries. Navy seals, acting, diving, army, singing, etc… They all have one thing in common: how to breath in a best possible way.

And this is something you can adapt an use when your are getting nervous because of a keynote, presentation or pitch…

Find yourself a spot where you can be all alone. Worst case: WC, restroom, bathroom

Find a relaxed position to focus on your breath

Slowly and deeply breath IN for 4 seconds.

Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

Slowly and deeply breath OU for 4 seconds.

Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

Repeat as many times you need to calm down…
